For all prints it’s better to keep them out of direct sunlight. When you receive your print it will come rolled. Roll it in the opposite direction to flatten.

In terms of paintings yes, but all prints are sold in batches or are limited edition (such as risographs and screen prints)
If the item has not been dispatched you can receive a full refund. Please contact my email email@example.com
If you receive a parcel that’s been mishandled please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with 1-2 photos so I can sort out the situation.
